Cpl Allan Bing (R267351) was from Lethbridge, Alberta. He enlisted in the RCAF in September 1942 and took his basic training at No. 3 Manning Depot, Edmonton.

He was later posted to No. 2 AOS in Edmonton, and then moved to British Columbia. Serving as as an equipment supply specialist in Pacific Command, Bing was stationed at the RCAF Station at Patricia Bay on Vancouver Island. He spent his final months of the war posted at the RCAF station in Whitehorse, Yukon until his release in 1945.
